I love getting lost in a book and dancing in my kitchen. Finding a perfect ripe avocado and driving on pothole free roads create a . My enthusiasm of flowers is used as my art form and bringing happiness to clients. Working with natural elements and bringing floral visions to life through innovative techniques and outside the box thinking are my jam. I love working with color and have a strong appreciation of whimsy and organic designs. I am environmentally conscious and all work is done foam free and I focus on reusable mechanics and compostable products.
Approach to Sustainability
Choosing to be foam free in floral mechanics is my small approach to sustainability. Traditional floral foam contains non-biodegradable particles that are toxic to the environment. Floral foam is also generally a one time use. I prefer to use reusable containers and natural supporting structures to promote a more eco-friendly approach to floral design. Working foam free does pose challenges however, I welcome it as it expands my creative boundary and my contribution to a more environmentally friendly floral industry.
